Susan Othmer, BA, BCIAC

Susan Othmer, BCIAC is the Clinical Director of the EEG Institute and Neurofeedback Pioneer On the Life and Mission of Sue Othmer
February 1, 1944 to February 3, 2023
Susan FitzGerald Othmer died on February 3rd after three years of decline with Parkinson's disease and Lewy Body dementia. Sue was in her 38th year of pioneering involvement with neurofeedback protocol development, clinical service delivery, and professional training. Sue remained actively engaged with the neurofeedback, and personally benefited from the training, until a traumatic brain injury incurred during a fall, precipitating her rapid terminal decline. An encomium to Sue Othmer's remarkable life can be found here: Read more
